Who doesn't love delicious food + delightful dinner company? LittlemeatsLA is a beautiful loft space in Downtown LA which curates creative events bringing in community to enjoy passionate artisans and their work. Currently, LittlemeatsLA hosts a (mostly) weekly Sunday Supper event with rotating chefs cooking a delicious meal for up to 30 dinner guests. I got to attend a Sunday Supper last month with Chef Stevie Cho (I know, I know...only just now getting to write about it but it's an ongoing event!) who prepared for us an elevated Kimchi fried rice as a part of their #ethnicAmerica series.   It was a wonderful time learning about the food being made and how it was prepared. But, I think my favorite part about the event was engaging in conversations with new people from all walks of life. Granted, I had my girlfriends with me for the often-introverted side of me so my safety/comfort zone was never too far away. You're able to bring a +1 or +2 so invite your friends! I would highly recommend checking out one of their events whether you're an LA local or visiting from out of town, if not solely for their wonderful food, then to talk to new folks outside of your bubble! A good meal always brings about good discussion and LittlemeatsLA's Sunday Suppers are no exception. Check out their calendar here -- this Sunday's dinner is already full but you can subscribe to their newsletter to be updated on all their upcoming events! Of course, I can't end this post without featuring my dinner #ootd 😉 Big shout out to Love Nail Tree for the most comfortable shirt dress I've ever owned...I nearly live in this piece, hehe.
